[Petition] Work with the President; appoint the next Supreme Court Justice!

It is the constitutional obligation of the President to faithfully execute the laws of the land. Supreme Court Justice Scalia passed away, and it is now up to President Obama to nominate his successor. And it’s the job of the U.S. Senate to take action.

Despite that obligation, some Republicans have said they will not even consider the President’s nominee.

Tell the Senate to fulfill its constitutional duty and work with President Obama to fill the Supreme Court vacancy without delay!
