Donald Trump has said many offensive things about women, and he’s often acted in offensive ways toward them. Of course, his policies and plans are far, far worse than his “locker room talk” and unacceptable sexist behavior.
Do you remember when he promised to nominate justices who would overturn Roe v. Wade and strip away the right to safe, legal abortion?
Or when he said that “there has to be some kind of punishment” for women who get abortions?
Or how he’s said that sexual assault is an expected consequence of having women serve in the military?
And now we are seeing the same kind of appalling disregard for women’s health and safety from some of the people he’s elevated to the highest ranks of our government.
