2018 is truly shaping up to be the Year of the Woman.

There have been more than a dozen state primaries so far this year, and women have won nearly half of those races.

Yet fewer than 20 percent of our current representatives in Congress are women.

Not even 20 percent. In many cases, state legislatures are far lower. That's unacceptable, and it's going to change.

We can't stop fighting until our elected leaders truly reflect the people they represent.
