The Trump Administration is already pushing ineffective abstinence-only programs; now they have proposed a gag rule that would restrict doctors and nurses from discussing the complete range of reproductive options with their patients.

It doesn't take much of an investigation to see the Administration's goal here: deny Title X funding for providers who discuss abortion with their patients.
