Mitch McConnell is blocking our reform bill

My colleagues and I have now served more than 100 days in the new 116th Congress. I am proud to be among the most diverse Congress in U.S. history. Despite some significant challenges – a self-serving President who caused a government shutdown, for example – we've made great strides since taking back the House!

The House has passed legislation on voting and campaign finance reforms, universal background checks, and equal pay for equal work. We are working on addressing LGBTQ discrimination, climate change, infrastructure, and curbing prescription drug prices.

Right now we need your help urging the Senate to pass HR1, the House's good government bill.

The bill seeks to empower American voters, strengthen ethics laws, and fix the broken campaign finance system. Unfortunately, Mitch McConnell, the Senate majority leader, is not bringing the bill forward for a vote.
