It's been 40 years since the Environmental Protection Agency began the process to ban asbestos, a toxic carcinogen, but it's still being used in the United States. More than 60 countries worldwide have banned asbestos – but Americans are still suffering.

Too many people have suffered and died from exposure to asbestos. Americans cannot continue to pay the price for the EPA's inaction.
