"Equal justice under law." It's carved in stone above the Supreme Court, but not actually guaranteed for all of us.

Today marks the 4th anniversary of the marriage equality decision in the Supreme Court. That landmark decision is a critical component in our fight for civil rights.

Nationally, too many LGBTQ+ Americans still face discrimination and threats daily.

While the Trump administration seeks new ways to authorize bigotry, the House of Representatives has passed long-overdue legislation to guarantee equal rights and protections for LGBTQ+ Americans. Now it's the Senate's turn.
