Three things that are on my mind

I have a lot on my mind right now, but let's not overlook these important issues:

  • With uncertainty surrounding the Supreme Court, we need a stronghold in Congress to uphold reproductive freedom and the Affordable Care Act, and to make sure our civil rights are not compromised. Even if we win the White House, we'll need a Congress ready to hold the Trump administration accountable for their actions.
  • Last night Donald Trump's debate performance set a new low for the office of the President and our country. We need to resoundingly defeat Trump this November because our country can't take any more of his authoritarian rhetoric – especially here in Oregon.
  • The environment cannot survive another four years of inaction. Climate change contributes to rampant wildfires and an acidifying ocean, and it takes a heavy toll on frontline communities.

That's where our grassroots movement comes in. We are going to win if we earn as much support as possible from as many people as possible. That's why I'm asking you for a contribution today, ahead of our important LAST end-of-quarter fundraising deadline before Election Day.

Trump and his allies are going to do everything this November to try to cling to power – including disinformation campaigns, sabotaging the US Postal Service, and refusing to commit to a peaceful transition of power.

We need each and every person at the heart of our grassroots movement – including you – to do their part.

Please donate today. Help us build the movement we need to defeat Trump and Trumpism in November.

Thank you for standing with me,

Suzanne
