The ballot is our best tool against the anti-choice agenda

I remember what it was like before Roe v. Wade. Now that the Dobbs decision has overturned Roe v. Wade, extremist politicians are pushing – and in some states enacting - laws to take us back to those dark times. We won't stand for that!

But in the midst of all this, we are finding hope. Because people – especially women – are fighting back.

We've won this fight before, and we will win it again.

The ballot is our best tool against anti-choice legislation. And since the Dobbs decision, we've seen a huge increase in women registering to vote across the country.

We saw what happened in Kansas, where more than 70% of new registered voters are women. They registered, they voted, and they crushed a referendum that would have led to abortion restrictions in their state.

Women are turning out in Pennsylvania too, where four times as many women are registering as Democrats than as Republicans.

Make no mistake. Abortion rights are under attack in all fifty states, even in Oregon. We know that if Republicans gain the majority in Congress, they will try to pass a nationwide abortion ban. We won't stand for that!

We must continue to unite, organize, get out the vote, and defeat anti-choice extremists at every level and across every state.

Please take some time today to make sure your voter registration is up to date.

This election is critical in the fight for abortion access. We need to show up in record numbers and fight back against anti-choice extremists.

Thank you for standing with me,

Suzanne
