Abortion is health care, and we need leaders who will treat it that way

It is an honor to have the endorsement of Planned Parenthood Action in my campaign for re-election.

Abortion is health care. It's as simple as that. And when access to abortion is limited or denied, people are forced to go without lifesaving, essential care.

The disastrous Dobbs decision ended the constitutional right of bodily autonomy – a right that had been recognized for more than 50 years.

Some states have criminalized the right to choose, limiting or outright banning abortion with few exceptions.

Oregon remains a leader in reproductive rights, and I will fight to keep it that way.

This upcoming election is an opportunity to elect leaders who support reproductive freedom. As long as I'm in Congress, I will fight to restore those rights to every American.

If you can, please pitch in $3 contribution toward our re-election campaign and the movement for reproductive freedom.

At every turn, far-right Republicans are trying to keep us from making important decisions about our own bodies and futures; decisions that don't belong to politicians.

More 'crisis pregnancy centers' have popped up and continue to mislead patients about the facts of abortion and the types of services they provide. They pose as health clinics, but their goal is to manipulate patients and dissuade them from choosing abortion.

Anti-choice Republican politicians are threatening a national abortion ban, even though a clear majority of Americans support abortion access.

Abortion is health care, and we need leaders who will treat it that way. Pitch in $3 toward this re-election campaign and let's elect as many pro-choice leaders as we can to flip the House in November!

Thank you for standing with me in the fight for reproductive freedom,

Suzanne
