We need a pro-climate majority

Lauren Mei,

On the first Earth Day in 1970, twenty million Americans came together and marched to demand action against pollution. It was a powerful demonstration of democracy at work, and it led to the creation of the EPA and legislation to protect our air, water, and wildlife.

As storms become more intense, wildfire season starts earlier and lasts longer, and as it gets harder to find insurance coverage for homes and property, we have only one choice: we must invest in climate resilience and clean energy projects that significantly reduce carbon emissions.

This November, we can elect a strong pro-climate majority, restore clean air and water protections, and hold polluting corporations accountable for breaking the law. Chip in toward a cleaner future for all and a new Congress that will pass bold climate legislation.

Let's use the power of democracy to make positive change and create a healthier planet for all.

Happy Earth Day!

Thank you for standing with me,

Suzanne
