Recent decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court in Citizens United and McCutcheon are having a corrosive effect on our democracy. They’ve unleashed a flood of unregulated money into our elections – drowning out the voices of regular Americans.
I’m supporting an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would overturn these decisions, and restore transparency and limits to campaign spending in our elections. The American people deserve nothing less.
